Each lab ends with a concrete result that you build yourself and the checker confirms, cell by cell.

• Flag the Brightline Outdoor departments that went over budget, calculate the overspend, grade a safety test and chart budget against actual.
• Turn Brightline's HR policy into formulas: bonus eligibility, training needs, a location allowance and a bonus that needs two conditions plus one of two others.
• Grade customer-satisfaction scores with a nested IF, pick commission rates with IFS, pay the commission and label each rep's quota status.
• Translate region codes with SWITCH, price shipping with CHOOSE, find the discount tier with an approximate XLOOKUP instead of a five-level IF and calculate the net amount.
• Categorise web-shop lines by a word in the description, route them by the SKU prefix, check promo codes case-sensitively and flag broken records.
• Label Brightline's receivables as Paid, Overdue or Open, count the days overdue, spot weekend deliveries with WEEKDAY and move them to the next Monday.
• Look up prices with a clean "Not listed" for unknown IDs, keep line totals free of #VALUE!, write a data check with ISBLANK and ISNUMBER and decide which error wrapper is safer.
• Build Brightline's store dashboard: a three-level status per store, a status count per region, the sales gap of the stores that are behind, a red highlight and a stacked column chart.
