Each lab ends with a concrete result that you build yourself and the checker confirms, cell by cell.

• Suggested time: 10 minutes. You complete Fernhill Stationery's price list with net, tax and gross amounts that use one locked tax-rate cell, then fill a price grid with a mixed-reference formula.
• Suggested time: 8 minutes. You summarise one week of sales for 12 Fernhill stores, two of which have not reported yet: total, average, number of stores reported and the spread.
• Suggested time: 10 minutes. You turn an HR export with messy capitalisation into clean full names, department codes, ID numbers and name lengths for badges.
• Suggested time: 10 minutes. You decide for eight Fernhill sales reps who met target, their bonus, an A/B/C rating and who is eligible for the quarterly award.
• Suggested time: 10 minutes. You add a % change column to Fernhill's regional unit sales and apply three conditional-formatting rules: a threshold, a text rule and a top-N rule.
• Suggested time: 10 minutes. You add yearly totals to Fernhill's quarterly sales, build a clustered column chart with an axis title and a pie chart of each line's share with data labels.
• Suggested time: 10 minutes. You rank Fernhill's products by units sold, count products by category and by a threshold, and build a top-3 list that re-sorts itself.
• Suggested time: 20 minutes, like a real project in a timed exam. You price ten orders, clean the customer names and build a region summary with SUMIF and AVERAGEIF.
