Each lab ends with a concrete result that you build yourself and the checker confirms, cell by cell.

• Total Brightleaf Coffee's first-half sales, chart the six months as a column chart and explain why a pie chart would be the wrong choice.
• Rank the eight café product lines in a sorted bar chart with data labels and an axis title, and read the ranking from it.
• Compare the online orders of 2025 and 2026 in a line chart with markers and an honest axis, calculate the growth and spot the one month that fell behind.
• Calculate each sales channel's share, show the channel mix in a labelled pie or doughnut chart and decide which chart suits the seven online products.
• Total the four sales channels per quarter, show how the total is built up in a stacked column chart and how the mix shifts in a 100% stacked chart.
• Calculate the monthly gross margin and show revenue as columns and margin % as a line on a secondary axis, with both axes titled.
• Plot weekly cold brew sales against the temperature at the Harbor café, add a linear trendline and calculate R² and the slope with RSQ and SLOPE.
• Sort 30 online orders into $20 bins with COUNTIFS, chart the counts as a histogram and read off the most common order size.
