• Turn Saltmarsh Outdoor's monthly revenue into one message, prepare the online share and replace a stacked chart that hides the story with a line chart that shows it.
• Strip the default chart down to what carries the message: rounded $k values, data labels on the bars, no legend and a title that says something.
• Split the store growth into a highlighted and a background series with IF, so one store pops out in its own colour while the rest stay quiet.
• Rank twelve product categories with LARGE and INDEX/MATCH, fold the long tail into an "Other" bar and chart a readable Top 5.
• Condense twelve noisy months of satisfaction scores into a before/after pair and draw a slope chart that shows free returns lifted online satisfaction.
• Build the 2026 membership bridge for the Saltmarsh Club and pick the right chart for each question: a waterfall for why it grew, stacked columns for the plan mix.
• Measure how much a cut-off axis exaggerates the store comparison, then redraw the chart honestly with the axis starting at zero.
• Turn the repeat-purchase chart into a story: before/after averages, a headline formula that writes the insight with its numbers, and a chart whose title is that headline.
