About this course

Finding paid web bugs is a repeatable process, and this course teaches it on a vulnerable app you run locally so nothing you do is off-scope. You learn to map an application and notice where it trusts your input, then confirm broken access control by changing an id to read data that is not yours. From there you turn a login into an always-true query, pull the whole users table out with manual injection and sqlmap, and show that a search box reflects your script unencoded. Because a finding you cannot explain will not pay, a dedicated lesson covers writing the report: clear title, severity with reasoning, copy-paste reproduction, impact and remediation. You end by assessing your own target end to end, and the course stresses testing only where you are authorised.
