Each lab ends with a concrete result that you build yourself and the checker confirms, cell by cell.

• Roll Corvane Mobile's subscriber base forward month by month, measure the monthly churn rate on the average base and turn it into a pooled half-year and an annualised churn rate.
• Calculate ARPU for each of Corvane's five plans, the blended ARPU of the whole base and how much blended ARPU moves when prepaid customers migrate to a contract plan.
• Compare prepaid, subsidised postpaid and SIM-only customers: expected lifetime from churn, lifetime margin, value after the handset subsidy and dealer commission, the payback month and the churn at which a customer stops being worth acquiring.
• Forecast Metro North's mobile data traffic to 2030, convert monthly terabytes into busy-hour gigabits per second, size the number of sites with ROUNDUP and see when today's grid runs full.
• Size a 5G rollout for Region East: the area one site covers at each cell radius, the sites needed per area type with ROUNDUP, the capex per area type and the average capex per site.
• Analyse Corvane's tower company: tenancy ratio by tower type, revenue and EBITDA per tower, the portfolio EBITDA margin, and a chart that shows why every extra tenant matters.
• Compare Corvane's four spectrum licences on the industry's yardstick, the price per MHz-pop, calculate the weighted average across bands and turn the licence fees into an annual cost per subscriber.
• Build Corvane's EBITDA for two years, measure the margin change in percentage points and explain the change line by line in an EBITDA bridge drawn as a waterfall chart.
