Analysts spend much of their time cleaning data before any analysis can start. This course makes that work faster and more reliable. You trim stray spaces and fix capitalisation, split codes and names into parts and convert numbers and dates stored as text into real values. Categories are standardised with a mapping table, and duplicates and first occurrences are found with conditional counts. You handle blanks and outliers with flags and median replacements, then validate each row against rules and count errors. The capstone produces an analysis-ready table and a region-by-month summary. For analysts, office staff, students and anyone who receives untidy exports.
