What you will be able to do

Each lab ends with a concrete result that you build yourself and the checker confirms, cell by cell.

• Work out the response rate of every team, the pooled overall rate and the rate per location, and flag the teams whose results rest on too few answers.
• Count favourable, neutral and unfavourable answers for five items with COUNTIFS, divide by the people who actually answered each item, and find the item that needs attention.
• Average the items of each theme, combine the themes into a weighted engagement index, convert mean scores to a 0–100 scale and count the items below target.
• Count promoters and detractors from 0–10 answers for each team with COUNTIFS, turn them into an eNPS between −100 and +100 and find the team that needs a closer look.
• Hide the results of teams that are too small to report, pool them into an «Other» group with its own pooled score and count how many teams can be shown on their own.
• Subtract last year's theme scores from this year's, count the changes that pass a fictional threshold, find the largest drop and colour the cells that fell in a heatmap.
• Standardise answers as z-scores, measure how strongly each item moves with the engagement index, and rank the drivers by importance × gap to find where action pays off most.
• Find each team's lowest theme score, let formulas name its two priority themes with SMALL and INDEX/MATCH, and chart the company-wide theme scores for the report.
