Each lab ends with a concrete result that you build yourself and the checker confirms, cell by cell.

• Turn the September order log of Harbor Lane Coffee Co. into a tidy table your team can share: amounts, a total, an average and a check for missing customers.
• Build a channel × month revenue report for Q3 with SUMIFS, count the orders per channel and chart the result.
• Complete an order sheet by looking up product names, prices and customer discounts from two reference tables, and you handle an unknown SKU.
• Clean customer names typed by different colleagues, build readable invoice IDs and calculate due dates and working days.
• Check bean orders that came in through an online form: is the email plausible, is the quantity a whole number of kilos within the limits, and is the delivery date inside the window?
• Calculate how many days the green-coffee stock lasts, flag what to reorder and colour the flags, so nobody in the team misses a low stock.
• Build the half-year dashboard for the team meeting: gross margin per month, the best month, the average order value and a combo chart.
• Turn the team's task list into a tracker: an overdue flag, counts per status, the number of overdue tasks and the share of tasks done.
