Each lab ends with a concrete result that you build yourself and the checker confirms, cell by cell.

• Size up an order-to-cash event log: count cases and distinct activities, measure the time span it covers and count the cases started per month.
• Find each case's first and last timestamp, compute its throughput time in days and the average across all cases.
• Count how often each activity happens, number repeated activities within a case and count rework events and the cases each activity touches.
• In the sorted log you look up each event's previous activity in the same case, compute the waiting time in hours and find the longest wait and where it happens.
• Turn each case's events into a variant string like CO>CC>PK>SH>IN>PY, list the distinct variants and count how many cases follow each one.
• Add each event's next activity, count every A → B hand-over in a from/to matrix and turn the matrix into a heat map.
• Count each transition, average its waiting time, name the internal bottleneck and chart the waits largest first.
• Compare every case's variant with the happy path, compute the conformance rate, flag cases over the 21-day SLA and see whether deviating cases breach more often.
