• Calculate margin % per product, the gross profit, the weighted margin of the food line and the price that hits a target margin.
• Value a monthly wellness plan for the client and the practice and compare its contribution with an average pay-as-you-go pet.
• Calculate the full staff cost and its share of revenue, then the utilisation of the appointment book per day and for the week.
• Calculate the break-even number of transactions, fill a six-month P&L, measure the margin of safety and chart revenue against costs.
